Therefore, we employ alternative methods to ensure the longevity and optimal appearance of our products.


Please find below our carefully curated list of recommendations: 
We highly recommend using sulfate-free shampoo and conditioning products to cleanse and moisturize your hair. Please keep in mind that when achieving certain hair colours, such as blondes or other special hues, a chemical process is necessary.
It's essential to avoid using products containing sulfates, Isopropyl Alcohol, Formaldehyde, and Propylene Glycol, as these can strip the extensions of natural oils, resulting in dryness and potential damage if used repeatedly over an extended period.

  • Regularly wash and condition your hair 
  • Fortnightly deep conditioning is recommended 
  • Always use a protector when styling with heat
  • Refrain from using excessive products on your hair and lace 
  • Keep your hair protected with silk when sleeping or store it in our complimentary silk-lined hair storage bag 
  • To avoid tangles, keep your hair free and well-maintained



Our Virgin Hair Maintenance Tips:

  1. Wash your hair regularly with a sulfate-free shampoo. To avoid over-drying the hair, we suggest using a conditioner-only wash at least three times a week.

  2. Apply a moisture-rich conditioner, and comb your hair starting from the ends and working your way up to the scalp.

  3. Leave the conditioner in for at least 45 minutes before rinsing it out thoroughly.

  4. To prevent damage from heat styling, always use a heat protectant.

  5. To avoid tangling, avoid using excessive hair products, and keep the hair protected with silk when sleeping. You may also use our complimentary silk-lined hair storage bag.

  6. To promote natural drying, let your hair air-dry after washing and conditioning.
