Delivery & Shipping Information
At Michelle Michaels Collection, we take great pride in delivering your order with care and precision. We exclusively partner with esteemed courier services—including UPS Parcel Delivery, DHL Express, and Royal Mail—to ensure a timely, reliable, and secure experience worldwide.
Order Processing & Construction Timeline
Each package we deliver is either a thoughtfully curated selection or a bespoke creation tailored to your unique needs. As such, we require a mandatory construction and processing period of 7 to 35 business days, unless you have selected our Express Shipping service.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation including tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey in real time.
We strongly encourage early ordering—particularly for Clair de Lune Hair Couture items—to accommodate creation lead times and ensure seamless delivery, especially during seasonal or peak periods.
Complimentary Worldwide Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Processing begins 48 hours after your purchase. Kindly note that once processing has commenced, all sales are final.
Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate, as orders cannot be changed, amended, or cancelled once processing has begun. If you require modifications, a new order must be placed.
Our standard delivery service operates Monday to Friday, with delivery expected within 3 to 7 business days following dispatch.
Delivery Schedule & Tracking
Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Every order is fully tracked, and a signature will be required upon delivery to guarantee safe receipt.
Should you be unavailable at the time of delivery, a courier card or electronic notification will be issued with instructions to reschedule at your convenience.
Express International Shipping
For those who desire an expedited service, we offer DHL Express, available Monday to Friday, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days. All express shipments are tracked and require a signature upon arrival.
Undelivered Orders & Support
Should your parcel not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please consult your tracking number first. If further assistance is needed, kindly contact us here and a member of our Client Services team will be pleased to support you.
Please be aware that during high-volume seasons, delivery may take longer than expected. While we take every precaution, Michelle Michaels Collection cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to courier limitations, we regret that we are currently unable to fulfil orders to the following destinations:
Afghanistan, American Samoa, The Bahamas, Botswana, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Ethiopia, Guam, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Pakistan, Panama, Puerto Rico, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, US Virgin Islands, and Yemen.
